This is usually via Paypal. You do not necessarily need to create a Paypal account to use this method. If you prefer to send a cheque please message me before ordering your card.
Packaging:
Every card is enclosed in a protective cellophane envelope to keep it pristine. It will be sent fully protected to ensure safe delivery. The card will be sent in a large padded protective envelope.
Postage:
Your items will be sent via Royal Mail and normally sent the same day. If it is to be a customised card I will email you photos first, usually within a day, before making up your actual item which will then be sent within two days.
Returns:
In the unlikely event that your items are not to your satisfaction, you can return them to me in their original cellophane envelopes within 10 days of purchase. I will then refund you the cost of the items via Paypal. This does not apply to customised cards.
